A project for the future

After the construction of the Tour Odéon, the Marzocco Group is once again engaged in a major project: Testimonio II. On the Principality's last large building plot, which stretches gently from Boulevard d'Italie to Avenue Princesse-Grace, Testimonio II began in the second quarter of 2017 and should be delivered in 2024.

Ideally located in the Principality, just a few steps from the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and the many leisure and business centers, Testimonio includes two residential towers with 348 apartments, a crèche with 50 cradles and a new site for children. 'International School of Monaco which will be able to accommodate 700 students. Several luxurious accommodations complete the set: Bay House and its 54 exceptional apartments, but also five sumptuous villas, each with garden terraces and private swimming pools.

To meet this challenge, the Marzocco Group, selected by the State after a competition launched in 2013, is working with Vinci Immobilier and Vinci Construction, which provides construction alongside SATRI but also the architect Alexandre Giraldi and the Arquitectonica firm. In addition to this team of experts, some of whom have already worked on the Tour Odéon, there is interior designer Laura Sessa, whose “soft chic” style perfectly matches the timeless spirit so dear to the Marzocco Group.
