Frank O. Gehry is considered one of the most important and influential architects of our time. He is known internationally for his personal architecture, which incorporates new forms and materials, and for his particular sensitivity to the context that surrounds him. The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is one of his most remarkable creations.
Gehry has received the most prestigious awards in the field of architecture, such as the Pritzker Prize, which he was awarded in 1989; or the Imperial Japanese Prize, which he received in 1992. Currently, Gehry Partners, LLP is headquartered in Los Angeles and Frank Gehry personally leads every project developed by his firm for clients around the world.
